Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Show Sourcing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Show Sourcing is a mobile application designed for trade show buyers, importers, and sourcing professionals to catalog products, manage vendor contacts, and collaborate with team members.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
- Collect or harvest user data without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the App, including photos, product information, and vendor data. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you add to the App.
Team Features
When you invite team members or join a team:
- You authorize sharing of relevant data with team members
- Team administrators may have access to team activity and data
- You are responsible for content you share with your team
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies
- We may change pricing with notice to subscribers
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Show Sourcing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show Sourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Show Sourcing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
